I see a lot of people complaining that the game is laggy but it is just their internet. I have played this game on 3 different accounts and it works like a charm. No lagging, fast pack openings, good scoring system, and overall fun gameplay. The only suggestion that I have is that it would be much better and efficient if you were able to add friends through player names instead of IDs. Also, it would be nice to be able to click on a player’s profile and have an option to send them a request.

The only thing this game will test is your patience. 99 times out of 100 you will want to smash your phone against the wall because of the collision antics. Then you L2P, and rather than trying to be first in the hole, which you can do sometimes, try being a complete ferret and sabotage the other golfers. See another golfer near the water? Knock his (or her, i’m not sexist) ball in to the water, then have a clear shot. Ball near the cliff edge? Smash it off the side in to the abyss below, whilst you line up a perfect shot. After all this, you will only want to smash my phone against the wall 98 times out 100. So it’s an improvement.

Great enhancement of SSMG3. But would like a single player campaign as well. The golfer levels and trophies are a mechanism equivalent to a handicap in real golf, where relatively poor players have more advantages (higher handicap) to help them remain competitive (and fun) as they advance through the game. It’s not perfect but that’s golf – you have good rounds and bad rounds. Focus on improving your skills and the levels/trophies will sort themselves out to keep you competitive in most cases.
